Grads

BW are working hard to bring a pipeline of talent into the industry through our apprenticeship and graduate schemes. We believe that to make the strong managers of tomorrow, we need to ensure we provide an environment which builds both confidence and knowledge in the right way for each individual who chooses to join us. Mason Griffin

Commercial Apprentice

“I joined BW within their accounts team but quickly realised that I was interested in the commercial world and so moved into this area. Life at BW as a commercial apprentice so far has meant for me no two days are the same which makes the role exciting and challenging. I am learning more and more each day with a combination of on the job learning and academic studies which suits me and gives me the perfect balance. My team give me full support and working within such a strong collaborative culture I feel I am on a clear path within my chosen career and industry.”

Freya McGhee

Business Development Executive

“I’ve been working with BW for just over a year and a half. I came straight out of Uni and dived into an office environment – I was slightly scared at first but now I can genuinely say that BW has let me grow into a more dedicated and motivated person.

I work as a Business Development Executive and my role is to research opportunities, provide support and help bring in new business for the company. During this pandemic providing new work was challenging but because I received an immense amount of support from my manager and the rest of my team, I remained motivated and inspired.”
