Estée Lauder’s new dynamic London base encourages employee collaboration at the former Middlesex Hospital site.

A core business aim of the move was to bring together and raise internal brand awareness amongst the teams for over 30 brands; from established global brands as well as newer market leading additions.

Within the fresh new office space, these brands are promoted internally through dramatic graphics on ‘brand hubs’ for each product line and the on-site employee store. For client meetings, a smart technology booking system cleverly transforms rooms with images and signage to showcase a selected brand.

One of the West End’s Largest

An awe-inspiring bronze clad staircase links to the new flagship international training facility. Further smart technology supports the hotel spa, hair salons, brand gallery and a suite of hi-tech training rooms over the 2 floors that form these state-of-the-art facilities. One of the largest ever West End lettings, BW improved the timescales for sectional completions, delivering 3 floors early to help the clients’ move strategy.

Fitzroy Place is now an inspiring, agile space that will foster a sense of community and reflect the client’s core values.
