A record-breaking year for BW!
BW has reported outstanding financial results for 2024, entering its 25th year of trading with exceptional momentum, a secure balance sheet, and a continued commitment to delivering high-quality workspaces.
Turnover rose to £244m, up 22% year-on-year, with gross profit increasing by 35% to £21.2m. Pre-tax profit doubled to £6m, and net assets grew by £2.5m to £22.4m. Year-end cash reserves stood at £40.5m, providing a strong foundation for continued growth.
Looking ahead, profits for 2025 are projected to exceed the record-breaking results of this year, underpinned by over £200m of secured turnover and continued demand for high-quality, central London workspaces.
“This has been an outstanding year for BW,” said Steve Elliott, CEO. “Our results reflect the scale and complexity of projects we’re now delivering, the commercial discipline we apply, and the trusted partnerships we’ve built with clients and consultants alike.”
The company continues to focus on the Commercial Office and Education sectors in central London. It is delivering an increasing number of high-value fit-outs for legal and professional services firms, where demand for high-specification environments remains strong. BW Interiors’ Design and Build division is now fully established, and long-term framework agreements continue to position the business as a partner of choice.
With a strong order book, robust cash position, and consistent leadership, BW is poised to build on its 2024 success and continue delivering exceptional workplaces in 2025 and beyond.
