BW Announces Senior Leadership Appointments to Strengthen Leadership Team
BW has announced a series of senior leadership appointments following Anthony Brown’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), introducing a new organisational structure that strengthens operational leadership, project delivery, business performance and people development.
The new leadership team reflects BW’s continued growth as one of the UK’s leading workplace design and fit out specialists. By bringing together key operational, commercial and people functions, the structure creates clearer accountability, supports project delivery and positions the business for its next phase of growth.
Peter Nagle Becomes Chief Operating Officer
Peter Nagle has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), taking responsibility for project delivery, operational performance, resourcing, quality and business processes.
Having spent more than 21 years at BW, Peter has played a pivotal role in building one of the industry’s strongest project delivery teams. As Chief Operating Officer, he will continue to drive operational excellence while ensuring clients receive the high standards of quality and service BW is known for.
Paul Kavanagh Appointed Managing Director
Paul Kavanagh has been appointed Managing Director, working alongside fellow Managing Director Kevin P’ng. Since joining BW in 2010, Paul has successfully delivered many of the company’s largest and most complex workplace fit out projects. His leadership has helped build a high-performing delivery team, and in his new role he will continue to support business growth, project delivery and client success.
Rachel Tabone Named People Director
Rachel Tabone has been appointed People Director after four years of leading BW’s people strategy, leadership development and company culture. Rachel will continue to champion talent development, employee engagement and leadership capability, ensuring BW’s people remain at the heart of the business as the company continues to grow.
Helen Mulligan Lowe Becomes Sales Director
Helen Mulligan Lowe has been appointed Sales Director, leading BW’s sales strategy and business development function.
Over the past nine years, Helen has built many of BW’s strongest consultant relationships and has played an important role in securing major workplace fit out projects. She will continue working closely with the executive team to drive sustainable growth and strengthen client partnerships.
