The Work Project appoints BW: Workplace Experts to deliver its first UK flagship coworking office

BW: Workplace Experts has been chosen to deliver One Leadenhall, a 32,000 sq ft office fit-out right in the heart of the City of London. The project is for Singapore-based The Work Project (TWP) – a global luxury workspace provider – and marks their very first UK venture as well as their flagship London office. Selecting BW: Workplace Experts for the job cements TWP’s position as a premium coworking brand and sets the stage for an elevated workplace experience.
Spanning two floors on levels 22-23 in the prestigious One Leadenhall, BW: Workplace Experts will transform the site over the course of 22-weeks. BW: Workplace Experts is coordinating all aspects of the complex high-rise fit out, which will incorporate high specification of stone and timber finishes in the reception and shared spaces, and116 high-spec eco Artus Air air conditioning units. Leveraging its experience working on constrained city centre sites, BW: Workplace Experts will plan and coordinate this high rise fit out with precision materials deliveries, including over 4000 plasterboard panels, around red route restrictions and alongside multiple other stakeholders.
BW: Workplace Experts is also providing detailed design support and facilitating international collaboration to ensure the design vision by Sydney-based design firm Farago Han Studio meets UK building and legislative standards. To support seamless coordination across time zones, BW: Workplace Experts is deploying virtual site walkthroughs and digital collaboration tools to keep all stakeholders informed in real-time.
