Crafting Jenner & Block LLP’s modern yet timeless new home at 10 Exchange Square, Liverpool Street
We worked with Gardiner & Theobald and MCM to create Jenner & Block LLP’s new workspace. They wanted a space that aligned with the firm’s future work strategy while expanding their presence in the UK through a remarkable 45% increase in office space.
The brief? To create a fresh and modern environment, fostering a sense of enjoyment for employees and clients. MCM designed the office space, focusing on a professional and understated aesthetic that maximises the building’s abundant natural light. Wooden panelling and oak flooring were incorporated into the client and social areas to enhance the utilisation of materials. Their bespoke palette centres warm, natural, and sturdy materials – delivering employees the level of comfort they would experience in their own home.
Considering Jenner & Block LLP’s global presence, technological integration was hugely important. We ensured seamless virtual communication across meeting rooms and social spaces. This highly flexible design features a multifunctional reception space and divisible meeting rooms that can be combined to create a larger event space – equally as exceptional as the views it offers over Exchange Square.
