Giving Knight Frank’s global headquarters a refresh which truly resonates
Knight Frank’s Baker Street global headquarters underwent a top-of-the-range space refresh, delivered through a collaboration between BW and Resonate Interiors. Resonate skilfully designed various types of gathering spaces around the large doughnut-shaped floorplates, ensuring clear signage throughout the office landscape for employees to easily navigate the space.
Each floor draws inspiration from different parts of London, the UK, and cities worldwide, reflecting Knight Frank’s international standing. The 4th floor, for example, incorporates elements from London’s White City – known for hosting a significant portion of the 1908 London Olympic Games and housing the iconic former BBC headquarters of over 50 years, Television Centre.
The impressive refurbishment encompassed three floors of office space, as well as the reception area and high-quality meeting rooms. State-of-the-art AV systems were installed on all floors, complemented by technological advancements such as touchscreens and 4K HD video walls, fostering a productive and efficient working environment.
Knight Frank’s new space has been transformed, providing employees with a fresh office environment that prioritises collaboration and innovation.
