Win Technologies HQ Built for focus, flow and flexibility
The Project
Win Technologies, part of global gaming group Super Group, needed a new home that could bring their London teams together – and keep pace with rapid growth.
Their new HQ at St Pancras Campus spans three floors and is designed around what their people actually need: space to collaborate, focus, move, and reset. From high-spec meeting rooms and quiet zones to an arcade, gym, and a speakeasy bar – every detail was thought through with purpose.

Standout Features
Two standout staircases – one sweeping, one structural – connect the space, physically and socially. They were technically complex, but early coordination and hands-on workshops meant no surprises during delivery.
BW were first on site after base build, stepping in with clarity and focus. When key details were missing or misaligned, we brought everyone together – consultants, client, subcontractors – to solve problems fast and keep the project moving.
