Georgian heritage meets modern performance
The Project
A global private equity firm focused on scaling innovative software and data businesses, needed a UK headquarters that would stand out within its global portfolio.
The ambition was to transform a Georgian townhouse in central Mayfair into a high-quality, modern workplace while preserving the building’s historic character and heritage features.
Maintaining heritage features
The scale of works demanded detailed coordination and specialist input, from heritage approvals to structural upgrades. By working collaboratively across design and delivery, quality remained high while programme and value stayed firmly under control.
The space
Across 7,300 sq ft, the headquarters blends restored historic detail with contemporary performance. A grand reception and client suite set the tone on arrival, supported by open office floors, meeting spaces and a dedicated gym.
Listed features were carefully refurbished by specialist craftspeople, while new infrastructure was seamlessly integrated to support modern working.
The result
Completed over 43 weeks, the result is a distinctive Mayfair headquarters which brings together heritage and functionality to support the firm’s growth in years to come.
