Reinvigorating Ardian’s spaces to reflect their highly entrepreneurial culture.
When previous client, Ardian, were looking to update the aesthetic and style of their existing projects, they came to us as their trusted one stop shop. Through our D&B offering we helped them reach a design which better delivered against their needs – and flow it across multiple floors. We worked closely with Pembroke, the landlords, as well as Ardian to create rejuvenated spaces reflective of their stimulating work.
One of our main challenges was the extremely small timeframe – a short summer period where the majority of staff were off-site. This project needed to go live as soon as they all returned – meaning our team simply had to get it right first time.
Through clear communication, taking the time to listen and truly understand what the client needed, we refreshed the aesthetic and style of the floors. Importantly, we also maximised the efficiency and density of the building to accommodate their aggressive growth plans. To ensure success, we continually checked in with the client – monitoring any changes and providing multiple solutions to each challenge. Our experience told us that ensuring we knew where their pain points were meant we could best position ourselves to help. Together, we brought a new lease of life to their workspaces, crafting a vibrant solution tailored to the ambitious minds that work there.
