Global Tech Firm Unified Across Two Buildings
The Project
To accomodate their growing UK presence, this Global Tech Firm needed a London campus that could house two distinct teams under one unified identity. The Bard and The Hewett are neighbouring buildings with different bones and different characters. The brief was to connect them into something that felt intentional, coherent, and shaped by culture.
The result is a campus that works on every level. From open plan floors and collaboration zones to wellness rooms, planted terraces, and a canteen, every amenity was delivered across both buildings to give people real choice in how and where they work.

What makes it stand out
Feature staircase
A folded steel and mesh staircase rises from a stainless steel barista bar to the Box of Delights, a mirrored cube that doubles as gallery or event space. It’s the centrepiece of The Bard and the moment that stops people in their tracks.
Two characters, one campus
The Bard leans into a backstage industrial aesthetic with raw materials, clean lines and honest detailing. The Hewett takes a softer turn: curved forms, organic finishes, a warmer palette. Together they reflect the full range of how their people want to work.
Amenities built to perform
Reception, training suite, café, business centre, canteen, wellness rooms and landscaped terraces, all delivered at a level that matches the ambition of the client and the scale of the project.
How we delivered it
Procured via two stage tender, the project ran on a tight critical path with design still developing as long lead packages needed to go out. We responded by adding design and commercial resource early to accelerate key package development and lock in appointments before the programme could be affected.
Securing landlord approval for The Bard reception was one of the more complex approval gates: it required fully resolved structural and MEP designs before the licence to alter could be granted. Through close coordination with the landlord’s team and disciplined sign-off sequencing, we kept the start on site date intact.
