Revolutionising Howard De Walden and Spacemade’s flexible and modern co-working space from the ground up
Howard de Walden Estate and Spacemade needed our help to bring the next truly unique bespoke, co-working experience within their portfolio to life. To tackle this brief, we were keen to ensure the space felt open and inviting for all personalities that might walk through the door. We brought our innovative vision to this challenge, ensuring that the end result was a characterful yet refined workspace fit for the varying needs of today’s working professionals.
As a large building spanning 6 floors, this was a project that needed our close eye and seamless collaboration from start to finish. Right from our early designs, we knew we had to provide the building with the makeover it was so in need of – both structurally and aesthetically.
Due to the condition and age of the building, we had to work carefully to make the space fit for purpose. Luckily, we’re used to dealing with older structures that provide unique challenges, and knew to deal with these transparently and collaboratively – from construction all the way to interior finishing. Key to our success is always clear communication, and this sophisticated workspace was no different – by working closely with the Spacemade and Howard de Walden Estate’s teams we ensured a smooth transformation.
From inception through to completion we led with integrity. This combined with our people-first approach to building relationships, and workspaces, led to success for our clients. We delivered an aspirational, design-led workspace fit for a new era of working.
